Satchel Orders – Important Information

Please note that satchel orders are processed once per term only and must be placed online via our website.

Each satchel is custom embroidered with your child’s name, so it is essential that details are entered correctly at the time of ordering.

When placing your order:

• If you are only ordering a satchel, please select “Free Pick-Up From Store” at checkout. Satchels will not be collected from the store — this option simply removes shipping charges. All satchels will be delivered directly to the school.

• If you are purchasing other items for shipping, please note the satchel will still be delivered to the school, and only the other items will be shipped to your nominated address.

• Please enter your child’s full name in the “Delivery Instructions” section exactly as you would like it embroidered on the bag.

All orders received within the term ordering window will be collated, embroidered, and delivered directly to the school for distribution.

As these are customised items, please check spelling carefully before submitting your order.
